MEET THE TEAM

I set up GYF Talent having spent my career in Recruitment and Sales roles because I could never quite switch off the love I had for the advertising and digital industry.

 

I’m inherently curious, some say nosey, so the thing I love most about my job is hearing about all the creative and innovative projects companies and candidates are working on. However, I mainly get a kick out of discovering people’s passions, their achievements and getting to know them as the individual’s that they are and helping them achieve their goals.

 

I feel so blessed to finally have a career where I feel happy at work every day and get to meet countless new people that quite often become so much more than my “network” but become friends.

 

Outside of work I enjoy eating great food, exploring new places, laughing with my friends, and most importantly, creating memories with my daughter Betsy and husband Paul. 

I’ve been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and have covered various markets but none as fantastic as the Digital and advertising space! Specialising in Client Services, I get to speak to some really interesting people and work with some amazing agencies too, which makes every day different.

 

I’m passionate about finding people ‘the right job, with the right company’ and helping agencies find their perfect hire.  In my spare time I love to cook and entertain, travel, and explore new places with the hubby and looking after the true love of my life, my border terrier Norman.
